It could be in your Storage section.
Only 6 cars at a time are displayed on the main screen.
When you get to 7 cars, the extra ones start to get stored in your Storage section.
To access your Storage section:
While in your garage, tap the white P in the blue square button.
(it's between the Car Menu and Photo buttons)
