How do I get a refund?

We don't handle the money. Apple and/or Google do, depending on what kind of phone or tablet you were using when you made the purchase.
When you make a purchase, the money goes to them. They take their cut and then send us the difference. 

When you make a purchase, you receive an email from them. It's a receipt for your purchase. 

In that email, there is a link to request a refund.

Apple won't let us do any refunds, they don't let anyone. 

It's part of their security feature, so you must contact them directly.
